Zora Doggler (ゾーラドグラー Zōradogurā, 11): A monster that tracks down Tube refugees and kills them. He is sent to obtain the crown of the Igan clan queen, whose crown jewel holds a message revealing Zeba's true identity. He captures the Rogue Underground Ninja Ijin as a bargaining chip to get the crown and destroys it. Ijin sacrifices himself to mortally wound the monster, which is being blasted to bits by the Shot Bomber and then destroyed by Great Five.
