From Power Rangers Universe

Tottpatt is a wingless vampire bat monster who has never tasted blood and is a scatterbrain alchemist. His companion Bookback is a blue skinned hobgoblin who keeps records of Witch Bandora's evil deeds. Both are able to assume human form. Tottpatt often picks on Bookback for being slow. Both Tottpatt & Bookback are comedy relief and Bandora's irritation as well.
