Toshiyuki Morikawa (森川 智之 Morikawa Toshiyuki) is a very well-known Japanese voice actor. He had made infamy in the anime circuit for shorting out 2 recording mikes on separate occasions during his work on Tekkaman Blade. It should be noted that he is best friends with Nobuyuki Hiyama.
In Super Sentai, he voices Wise God Torin/Kyoryu Silver in Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger, as well as his evil counterpart, Mad Torin. He then portrayed Torin's human form.The voice actor also made a cameo in Brave Final,with only one line - What a relief!
As a voice actor, he is well known for his role as Minato Namikaze (Naruto Shippuden), as well as dozens of other roles, such as Dante (Devil May Cry: The Animated Series and in Marvel VS Capcom 3), and Naraku after succeeding Hiroshi Yanaka (InuYasha).
