Toshihide Wakamatsu (若松 俊秀 Wakamatsu Toshihide?) played Gai Yuki (Black Condor) in Choujin Sentai Jetman.
He was considered for the role of Kouji Segawa, the titular Kamen Rider of the movie Kamen Rider J. [1] (The role would go to fellow Super Sentai actor Yūta Mochizuki (Geki/TyrannoRanger). Yūta also briefly took over for Toshihide to voice Black Condor in Super Sentai World.)
He later reprised his role as Gai Yuki in episode 28 of Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger and appearing through archive footage in episode 45.
