Time Shadow (タイムシャドウ, Taimushadō) was created in the G-Throttle Sensor System around 2980, sent to the 21st Century by the Inter-City Police Department to counter the temporal disruptions caused by Gien. It can transform from Stealth Mode to Battle Mode (the undercarriage becomes the legs, the nose becomes the chest (revealing the head), and part of each wing becomes an arm (with the guns as hands) which is armed with Lightning Shoot (ライトニングシュート, Raitoningu Shūto) and two Shadow Sabers (シャドウセイバー, Shadō Seibā) that can become combined into a single sword called the Double Shadow (ダブルシャドウ, Daburu Shadō) to perform its finisher Blue Moon Slash (ブルームーンスラッシュ, Burū Mūn Surasshu). It was last seen being taken down by the G-Zord and what became of the Time Shadow afterwards is unknown.

With the command of "Delta Formation", TimeRobo Beta and Time Shadow could combine to form TimeRobo Shadow Beta (タイムロボ・シャドウβ（ベータ）, Taimurobo Shadō Bēta). Armed with the Pro Divider (プロディバイダー, Puro Dibaidā) that enables them to recapture Londerz Prisoners. It can become a gun for TimeRobo Shadow Beta to use its Pressure Cannon (プレッシャーカノン, Puresshā Kanon) finisher. TimeShadow forms the chest, wings, posterior, feet, and foot guards for this forms.

Armed with the Pro Divider (プロディバイダー, Puro Dibaidā) that enables them to recapture Londerz Prisoners. It can become a sword for TimeRobo Shadow Alpha to perform its Blizzard Slash (ブリザードスラッシュ, Burizādo Surasshu) finisher after firing the Virtual Net (バーチャルネット, Bācharu Netto). TimeShadow forms the chest, wings, posterior, feet, foot guards, and the shoulder cannons for this form.
