Crimson Insectizord, which resembles a Rhinoceros beetle, was piloted by Hunter. Forms head, arms, and upper torso of Thunder Megazord.

Navy Beetlezord, which resembles a Stag beetle, was piloted by Blake. Forms lower torso, waist, legs, and chestplate of Thunder Megazord.

Combination of Storm and Thunder Megazords. First, Shane and Hunter must each release a Power Sphere which forms the Minizord. The Lionzord forms the torso, waist, and lower legs. The Hawkzord forms the head. The Dolphinzord forms the cannon on the right shoulder. The Insectizord forms the feet and the cannon on the left shoulder. The Beetlezord forms the arms and shoulders. The Minizord forms the hands and helmet.
