If the Hurricane Megazord wants to be formed, the 3 power spheres had to be made of the hands of the Samurai Star Megazord and get out of the chest of the Storm Megazord and the Thunder Megazord to become the ninja Firebird.

During Battle with Vexacus, he destroyed the Thunder Meagzord by slicing it in half but the Thunder Rangers escaped before it was destroyed.
