From Power Rangers Universe

Tenga Warriors are large bird warriors that serve Lord Zedd and Rita Repulsa. When Rito arrived, he gave Zedd and his sister special eggs. These eggs ended up being the evil Tengas. These ferocious birds challenged the Rangers in battle. The Rangers usually defeated them in Ninja Ranger forms. When Vile arrived, he gave the Tengas special seeds. This made them more deadly, forcing the Rangers to fight with their new Metallic Armor.

In Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers: The Movie the Tenga's were called Tengu Warriors and were created by Ivan Ooze. They attacked the Rangers on Phaedos, but were defeated by Dulcea. because of this Ivan Ooze killed them by electric bolts from his fingertops.
