An idea for an abbreviation[]
Seeing that Power Rangers Ninja Stormalready has the abbreviation PRNS, why don't we give this one the abbreviation PRSN? It'll be a direct reference to the fact that this series is being adapted from Shuriken Sentai Ninninger. Oliver Western, SPD Krypton 23:15, January 9, 2016 (UTC)

- The plot has been filled in, but is currently hidden as there is no first-party source confirming anything other than the name. Once a first-party source is found, it will be edited accordingly. The reason we have to do this is because of the Collider incident involving the movie info (i.e. clickbait), the fact that only third-party sources exist when first-party should (if they can announce it then it should be viewable on official sources not merely linked to third party ones), the fact that the plot can (and will) change over time, and the fact that official sources (such as the website) do not even mention Ninja Steel, let alone its plot. Admins are of the opinion that the title is confirmed, but we are awaiting clarification on the plot. Please continue to post sources here (especially any first-party sources from Saban themselves or from Nickelodeon), because as soon as we have a source we are confident proves the rumored plot to be true, we will reveal it. - We discussed that. It isn't enough for us - official sources like the website and nick.com do not mention Ninja Steel or its plot, and with the announcement you would think they would. That in and of itself is a red flag. Also, since I made the above post we have already had one contradiction. Suddenly it is not a monster battle royale, but rather the monsters stop fighting each other and go after the rangers. Had we posted the plot, we'd already be making changes.Little things like this, coupled with what Collider.com did about the film, are making me question everything without a first-party source. - While I agree that the train-theme being a more niche market likely played a part, I suspect the ultimate reason is the same as why Go-Busters was skipped: aesthetics. A Different Abbreviation Suggestion[]
In the talk below, it is stated that the (PR "season intials") abbreviation will most likely be PRNSL. I know it's up to the moderators to decide what to do, but I would like to put in my two cents. I just think that abbreviation is "ugly". Do you know what I mean? First off, it kind of looks like Power Rangers Saturday Night Live. That makes it feel kind of cheesy in my opinion. Secondly, it feels "unpoetic" for lack of a better term to suddenly have a 5 letter abbreviation when every other season has a 4 letter abbreviation. Some people might say PRSMF for Super Megaforce, but I say PRSM since the "Megaforce" is a compound word. That being said, since this season just happens to have the same motif as the first "PRNS" season, maybe it can be called "PRNS2". - How is this anywhere close to a sequel to Ninja Storm? Because they're both have the same theme? Unless any elements from Ninja Storm are actually in it, Dino Charge is just as much a sequel to Ninja Storm as Ninja Steel. And you're proposed abbreviation can not only be misleading, incorrect but also cause confusion, especially if we get another season with the same abbreviation. Episode Order?[]
On the section that lists the episodes, "Grave Robber," which is mislabled as "Tomb Raider" (and since someone locked the Ninja Steel episodes page it can't be changed,) is placed after "Galvanax Rises" and before "Past, Present and Future." However if you go by infoboxes in the individual episode pages, "Grave Robber" is placed between "The Royal Rumble" and "Monkey Business." We should stick to one episode order or the other.
