Are these legitimate DVD releases? If so should they be included in this article?

I think they are illegal. With a Region Code 0 and the company HKL. They are much more expensiv than the German/European MMPR Boxsets. And the cover seems to be a copy from the rangercentral/sentai series books --Serpen 16:43, 2 December 2007 (UTC)
