Takaya Kuroda (黒田崇矢, Kuroda Takaya^?) is Japanese voice actor.

In Super Sentai, he voiced Goldom in Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger, Yaiba of Darkness in GoGo Sentai Boukenger and Barbaric Officer Chirakashizky in Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger, Monzennakachōhashibirokō in Hikonin Sentai Akibaranger and Debo Honenukky in Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger.

As voice actor, he is best known for his astringent and amorous bass voice which has usually seen him cast in villainous roles such as the voice of Yaiba of Darkness. He is best known to western audiences for providing the voice of Kazuma Kiryu, the protagonist of the Yakuza series.
