The theme tune is the same as the Samurai Intro. If one pays close attention, some of the grunts the Rangers make while fighting the Moogers in the Samurai intro can still be heard. While the song has remained the same, the intro video has changed multiple times, to include the addition and subtraction of Serrator and Deker, featuring scenes with Lauren Shiba, LightZord and BullZord, the Shark Attack and Shogun Modes.

In the Halloween and Christmas Specials, the theme consists of the original Samurai Intro with the Shark Attack Ranger and Super Samurai logo.
