The Space Ninja Group Jakanja (宇宙忍群ジャカンジャ, Uchūningun Jakanja) are a ruthless band of ninjas from outer space who are the main antagonists in Ninpuu Sentai Hurricaneger.

Story
Based in their fortress Centipede (センチピード, Senchipīdo), the Jakanja killed off most of the ninja from Hayate's Way Academy so they can search for "it", the "Evil Force" (邪悪なる意志, Jaakunaru Ishi), that would form in the depths of the ocean before destroying the universe. But after Tau Zant's death, the Jakanja disbanded with its former members finding employment within the Zangyack Empire.

The Darkness Seven Spears (暗黒七本槍 Ankuro Shuichihon Yari) are jonin, high ranking ninja, that Tau Zanto gathered from all corners of the universe to aid him. Over the course of the series, each of the members died with only Furabijo & Wendinu the sole survivors of the series, in spite of their apparent deaths. However, in the final episode, Tau Zanto created manifestations of the Seven Spears that held a seventh of his being and are able to execute the Darkness Bomber (暗黒ボマー ,Ankuro Bonbaa) group attack.

Musical Themes
Jakanja has various leitmotifs: The Space Ninja-Group Invades (Uchu Ningun Shuurai), We are the Darkness Seven Spears (Ware-Ra Ankoku Nana-Hon Yari) that uses elements of Sugarplum Fairy in its second half, Space Ninpou Boxed Dimension! (Uchuu Ninpou Hako Jigen!), and the Space Ninja-Group's Final Plan (Uchu Ningun Saishuu Keikaku).
