Sir Cowler (サー・カウラー, Sā Kaurā) is the leader of the Alien Hunters, He was the one who kidnapped the five infants who grew up into the Flashman team. His weapon is an elastic electromagnetism whip extended to 15m and the super-metal claw. He rebels once Mess keep considering him an outsider, despite the success he has brought them. He was killed by Red Flash in a fatal exchange of blows. He is portrayed by Joji Nakata.
