Seizō Katō (加藤 精三 Katō Seizō) was a voice actor with several roles in tokusatsu productions.
His most notable roles in Sentai were as several leaders, including Star King Bazoo (Dengeki Sentai Changeman), Earth Emperor Zeba (Hikari Sentai Maskman) and Great Satan (Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger).
On January 17, 2014, Seizo passed away from his long battle with bladder cancer. He was 86 years old.
