Ryūsei Nakao (中尾 隆聖 Nakao Ryūsei) is a Japanese voice actor.
In Super Sentai, he voiced Agent Abrella in Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger. He also voiced Ucyuseruzo of Influenza in Tensou Sentai Goseiger and Masakage Tsugomori in Shuriken Sentai Ninninger. Many years before voice acting, he appeared in an acting role in Denshi Sentai Denziman and even sang the song Ginga Honey, which gained its own notoriety in the series and franchise..
He's quite famous for voicing some well known sadists in the anime circuit, such as the likes of Mayuri Kurotsuchi (Bleach), Frieza (Dragon Ball Z), and recently, Caesar Clown (One Piece).
