Psycho Blue
From Power Rangers Universe
Psycho Blue was based on the brain wave patterns of TJ and knew his strategies and weaponry. He almost killed TJ but Astronema pulled him out of the battle and after his first destruction, he was put on a digital card and sent to an unknown planet where Deviot found him a year later. He resurrected Psycho Blue and Blue went after Kai Chen on Terra Venture, seeking revenge and achieving it on the nearest Blue Ranger. TJ later showed up and along with Kai managed to put Psycho Blue down for good. Psycho Blue used the Psycho Axe and had an Ice based monster form.
