From Power Rangers Universe

Pleprechuan is a leprechuanish potter who forges the Dora Monsters and Golems out of clay, focused on his craft. He rarely shows up in battle and focuses more an enemy tactics. He is extremely brilliant and somewhat all-knowing, and he is not much of a comedy relief compaired to the rest.
