"SPD, Emergency!"

Commander Anubis Cruger's morpher, the Patrol Morpher, allowed him to become The Shadow Ranger. The Patrol Morpher looks exactly the same as the Delta Morphers and has the same functions, but is colored black.

While it is basically a Delta Morpher, it does not enable Commander Cruger to access S.W.A.T mode.
