These ooze creatures are created by Ivan Ooze in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie. These beings resemble their "father" a lot. They appear before the Tengu Warriors in the film.

They were never given an actual name in the film other than being referred to as Ivan's "kids". They are called Oozemen in the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie video game on the Sega Genesis console.
