[edit] Part 1
When Thrax is freed, he recruits Flurious, Moltor, Kamdor, Miratrix, Mig and Benglo to destroy the morphing grid forever and destroy the morphers. Andrew Hartford cannot fix the morphers. They use their enhanced skills to kill the villains, but they're powerless, so the Sentinel Knight recruits Kira Ford, Xander Bly, Adam Park, Bridge Carson and Tori Hanson to replace them untill they get them back.

The villains are mad because he did not think there would be more rangers. The Rangers head in the current rangers Zords until Mack Hartford comes to the rescue with the sword to destroy the monster who cut the DriveMax Ultrazord's arm off, and they get their powers back and morph. Adam Park fights Thrax. Bridge Carson and Mack Hartford team up to destroy Moltor. Tori Hanson and Rose Ortiz team up to destroy the Lava Lizards. Kira Ford and Ronny Robinson team up to destroy Kamdor and Miratrix. Will fights Flurious and his Chillers.
