Ocean Bluff

Ocean Bluff is the city where Casey, Theo and Lily are sent to live with their new master RJ, after the death of Master Mao. This is the location of Jungle Karma Pizza. Unfortunately, it is also the target of many Rinshi, many of which involve terrorism or destruction of property. Soon after the arrival of the Rinshi, the city dam was destroyed by the monster Mantor causing the city to flood.
