Norio Wakamoto (若本 規夫, Wakamoto Norio^?) is Japanese veteran voice actor.

In Super Sentai, he was the narrator of Seijuu Sentai Gingaman. He later voiced Zeibu of the Mummy in Tensou Sentai Goseiger.

Outside of Super Sentai, he is an incredible voice actor, having done many villainous roles for various anime due to his bombastic voice, not to mention tendency for him to roll his "R"'s. Some of his roles include Cell of the Dragonball series, Xemnas in the Kingdom Hearts series, Emperor Charles zi Britannia in Code Geass, M. Bison (known as Vega in Japan) in a couple of Street Fighter games, and Megatron for the Transformers Animated dub.

He has also lent his voice to non-villainous roles like Johnny in the Guilty Gear series and Chiyo-chichi (the elusive figure of Chiyo's father, which manifests in some characters' dreams as an orange, oval, bipedal cat) in Azumanga Daioh.
