Natsumi Shinohara (志乃原 菜摘, Shinohara Natsumi) / Yellow Racer (イエローレーサー, Ierō Rēsā) is 19 years old. A genius mechanic at Pegasus Garage, Natsumi is able to fix any machine in minutes. She uses a legendary wrench given to her by the owner of a garage she visited as a child, but later learns she can still fix anything without the wrench. Yoko Yagami thought of her as tomboyish in a swimsuit.
