Natsumi is a 19-year-old genius mechanic at Pegasus Garage, Shinohara is able to fix any machine in minutes. She uses a legendary wrench given to her by the owner of a garage she visited as a child, but later learns she can still fix anything without the wrench. Youko thought of her as tomboyish in a swimsuit.
