"Mastodon Dinozord Power!"
Zack used the Mastodon Dinozord. Zordon said it was clever and brave. It formed the arms and back of the Megazord and the cannons of the Megazord Tank Mode. It's head is also used as a shield for the Megazord.
When operated independently of the other zords, the Mastodon Dinozord had the ability to spray enemies with frozen air.

The Mastodon Dinozord was created by Zordon for the Black Ranger. When Lord Zedd returned, his monster, Pirantishead, rendered the Mastodon, Pterodactyl, Triceratops, and Sabertoothed Tiger Dinozords immobile, whilst simultaniously capturing the Tyrannosaurus Dinozord and Dragonzord. To combat the threat, the Mastodon later was upgraded into the Lion Thunderzord.
When the Thunder Megazord was destroyed, so too fell the Lion Thunderzord. It is safe to assume that the Mastodon was destroyed as well.
