Kapri was one of Lothor's nieces by marriage and is the sister of Marah.
She was very ditsy and fashion conscious.
She was a decent fighter, as her powers were teleportation, clothe transformation, combat techniques, energy projection, shielding, ice frost, telekinetically control her sword, and blow her enemies away with her breath.
Kapri constantly annoyed her uncle and often failed him. Marah and Kapri constantly tried to prove to their uncle that they were evil enough to be in his army, and frequently showed up each other and the other generals in order to do so.
Kapri joined Vexaus and plotted to overthow her uncle, by pretending to be masterminds by hiding their ignorance. This ended up being a ruse and part of Lothor's plan to get rid of his generals.
Lothor double crossed Kapri and left her on his exploding ship. She left with the Thunder Rangers and Cam. Kapri ended up joining the Wind Ninja Acadamy. Kapri wore a pink ninja suit.
Marah and Kaprii were shocked when Lothor reemerged with the Wind Ninja's on his side. Lothor took over the acadamy. Marah and Kapri agred to rejoin his army. They outsmarted him and helped the Rangers free the ninja students.
