Jorgito Vargas, Jr (born September 29, 1977 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada) played Blake Bradley, the Navy Thunder Ranger & voice of Starvark , in Power Rangers Ninja Storm. He also dubbed Yukito Sanjyou (AbareBlue) of Super Sentai's Bakuryuu Sentai Abaranger in the Power Rangers Dino Thunder episode, Lost & Found in Translation, when the team watch a Japanese show based off them.
Also, despite his character being depicted as Adam Tuominen's character's younger brother on Power Rangers Ninja Storm, Jorgito Vargas Jr. is actually older than Tuominen in reality.
