Evil Electro-King Javious I (邪電王ジャビウス1世, Jadenō Jabiusu Issei) (2-43): The ruler of Nejiregia, he appears only as a giant eye on the viewscreen of the Grand Nejiros. Very little is known about him, and he is killed when the last of the Nejirangers, whose life forces had been connected to his, were destroyed by the Megarangers. Upon his death, Javious was revealed to be the nucleus of Nejiregia itself which faded away upon his death. Only Javious' heart remained, which Dr. Hinelar used to power his Hinelar City. After the destruction of Hinelar City, all traces of Javious were gone forever.
