Icy Angel, also known by some fans as Icy Queen (Icy Queen is also the fan name of an unused Kakuranger monster), is a sexy secretary/angel/ice monster from Lost Galaxy who attempts to overtake Terra Venture with mind control arrows. Icy Angel is well known as the sexiest female monster on Power Rangers to date, especially given the fact that most Power Rangers monsters don't even look human-like. Her look is best described as a secretary's look (along with obviously being a bow-and-arrow shooting angel), with thick, gold horn-rimmed glasses, slightly overdone blue eyeshadow, and slightly excessive lipstick that gives her lips an excessively wet look (as if dripping with her spit), in combination with surprisingly revealing attire which accentuates her body. She also seems to wear a hat that holds in whatever hair she may or may not have. She seems to be proud of her looks without showing obvious signs of vanity (possibly a lesson learned from vain monsters Octoplant and Octophantom from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers). She speaks in a cold, yet sexy and strangely sensual voice despite her somewhat flirty nature.

In combination with mind control arrows, she uses her good looks and flirtation abilities to seduce the captain to keep him under her spell. Because of this, the Blue Ranger grows suspicious and locks him in a cabinet (he had already seen Icy Angel once before). Eventually, the Rangers confront her about her misuse of her good looks, which led to a ground battle. During the first battle, Icy Angel is winning, but the Rangers demonstrate a general immunity to her arrows and good looks. Eventually she's defeated on the ground, but grows to giant sized. The Megazord initially only cracked her apart into blocks of ice that regenerated. Eventually, the Torozord and Megazord combine to finally take down Icy Angel once and for all. The Captain is instantly freed from her spell, with the only downside to her defeat being that they won't get to gaze upon her beauty anymore.
