Himitsu Sentai Gorenger Pretend (ひみつ戦隊ゴレンジャーごっこ) is a comedy gag manga loosely based on Himitsu Sentai Gorenger. It was created by Shotaro Ishinomori and originally published in Weekly Shonen Sunday from 1975 to 1976.[1]
Story
The story revolves around a group of children who cosplay as Gorengers, dreaming of one day meeting their heroes from television. Their acts as the "Gorengers" often get them into mischief, usually with wacky antics ensuing in the midst of it. This particular manga is known for mild raunchy humor and playing fast and loose with things like female nudity. The manga is also notable for featuring another Ishinomori creation as part of the "cast", Robocon from Ganbare!! Robocon.
