The film version of Gosei Sentai Dairanger premiered in Japan on April 17, 1993, at the Toei Super Hero Fair '93. Directed by Shōhei Tōjō and written by Noboru Sugimura, the movie was originally shown as part of a triple feature alongside Kamen Rider ZO and the feature film version of Tokusou Robo Janperson.


The Dairanger must save children who are transforming into playing cards by the powers of the Duke of Cards.

  • While each of the Dairanger ended up facing a Gorma Minion near the climax that had caused them problems prior, Kazu ended up facing Baron String, even though Ryo had the greatest trouble with him in the first episode; this is mostly due to Ryo facing the Duke of Cards instead, thus Kazu was left with the remaining Gorma.
  • Sole appearance of the Dai Javelin weapon.
