Mari keeps an eye on him, with the Agents 9 and 10 offered Kujirai's wife and daughter home, but they are approached by Iron Claw. When Higashi takes Kujirai, Iron Claw claimed that he has Kujirai's wife as well as Mari, asking to come to Pier 3 soon via microphone. During Karen's surgery, Daichi keeps hesitating due to him being feeling so uneasy to perform if Karen will die due to a failure, wanting to not let her die, until Hime comes to serve a soup cooked from the liver and vegetables nice and slowly to help Karen feel better, so she'll be full of energy in no time, as the doctor states she has only about two hours in this rate, but Banba shows only the way to save Karen: Rescuing Kujirai family.
JAKQ arrives with a Jack Tank, ordering the ISSIS Soldiers to freeze Iron Claw as well as Kujirai family and Agents 9 and 10 as Iron Claw hopes Karen should be dead pretty soon, showing he has beaten JAKQ. Commander Banba's idea was to freeze the bomb's fuse. Of course, the hostages would be frozen as well, but in a short time, they would be completely unharmed. Banba then orders Sakurai and Daichi up the container, rescuing the frozen hostages to the hospital to be unfrozen, but except for Iron Claw, he will put on a lead box instead, making sure he never escape by burying that box somewhere. With Kujirai family return to hospital, he can take out a bullet from Karen's body, and charging the energy for Karen. Karen finally regains consciousness, hoping to be alright and feeling like she just woke up from a long slumber, as Banba states iron Claw should be disposed of right now, and the only thing left is CRIME Fortress Island.
