The Mobile Base RV appeared in Power Rangers Zeo.
Essentially little more than an average, nondescript recreational vehicle (though Goldar called it a "mobile base"), it nonetheless served as the temporary lair for Lord Zedd and Rita Repulsa during the Machine Empire's occupation on the Moon. Through the second half of Zeo, various sub-plots involved Zedd and Rita trying to reestablish their control would take place within or outside the RV, often with help from Finster and with no help at all from Goldar and Rito Revolto. Though small, it was apparently large enough to house all five of the passengers, Rita's Telescope, and a small workshop for Finster, plus some camping equipment for when the vehicle was parked.
What became of the RV after Zeo was unknown. But Rita and Lord Zedd may have used it again after they were purified in the episode "Countdown to Destruction".
