Ryuichiro Nishioka (西岡 竜一朗 Nishioka Ryuichiro) is a retired Japanese actor who portrayed Matoi Tatsumi (GoRed) in Kyukyu Sentai GoGoFive, one of Shurikenger's human forms, and Roppei Tsuzumi in Ninpu Sentai Hurricaneger. He is a president of the custom motorcycle shop called SCM (Selected Custom Motorcycles).
