Papercutz, also known as Papercutz Graphic Novels or Papercutz Publishing, is an American comic book publisher based in New York City and founded in 2005 by Jim Salicrup. Unlike larger mainstream publishers who are catering more and more to an older audience, the company caters to a more family friendly demographic.
From 2012-2014, the company made licensed Power Rangers comics until it lost the license from Saban and the short-lived comics line was cancelled. The license for Power Rangers comic adaptations eventually went to one of their competitors, Boom! Studios.[1]
