Oumukade (オオムカデ, Ōmukade, 45 & 53) is a centipede/American football player-themed Yokai.

History

A giant centipede Yokai who battled with Ninjaman and the Kakurangers at the North Pole. In ancient times, he was huge. In modern times, he is clad in an American football player's armor and uniform. He can disguise himself to look like Santa Claus. His scheme was to put centipedes in children's Christmas presents, which would burrow into their skin and put them under his control. He planned to use the brainwashed kids to cause chaos and destruction. His presents were destroyed by Ninja Red. Killed by Samuraiman & Kakure Daishogun. TV STORY-Ep. 45: The Confused Santa

Oumukade reappeared, along with all the other defeated Yokai, within the Seal Door after their master Daimaou was finally contained there by the Kakurangers. Reeling that they were now powerless in captivity, the Youkai all vowed that they would one day be reborn and regain their power, cursing humanity. TV STORY-Final Ep.: Sealing!!

• Human Disguise: Like the other Yokai in Kakuranger, Oumukade could take on a human form.

• Centipede Punch: Oumukade can deliver a powerful punch at enemies.

• Centipede Presents: Special presents that Oumukade created that possess three centipedes that when jumped onto someone, will leave a centipede shaped mark which would put anyone under his control.
• Centipede Ball: Oumukade's personal weapon, a football that resembles a centipede which can strike enmies after being kicked.
• Santa's Delivery Truck: Oumukade temporarily drove santa's delivery truck to return to the Santa Village in the north pole to continue his scheme.
  • Teleportation: Santa's delivery truck can teleport from one place to another.
• Centipede Missile: Oumukade is equipped with centipede-themed rockets on his back that he can launch at enemies and would explode on impact.

Notes

• Oumukade, like most of the Kakuranger Yokai, is a modernization of an ancient Japanese mythological creature. In this case, the Omukade who traditionally appears as a giant man-eating centipede is reimagined as an American football player.
