Fountain Pen Shadow (マンネンヒツシャドー Mannenhitsu Shadō) is a Shadow Monster that appears in Episode 36 of Ressha Sentai ToQger.
History[]
A Shadow who uses a shoulder mounted pen that uses Kuro-based ink to give others failing grades. Fountain Pen Shadow is sent to convert the Hakutendaigakumae (珀天大学前 lit. "Hakuten University") Station into the Rakudaigakumae (落第学前 lit. "Failure University") Dark Station, using his power to flunk ToQ 1gou into ToQ Minus 100gou and ToQ 2gou, ToQ 3gou, and ToQ 5gou into ToQ 0gous. After being defeated by Hyper ToQ 4gou, he enlarges and gives a passing grade to himself to overpower Build Dai-Oh, and is destroyed by ToQ Rainbow.
