Kei Hosogai (細貝 圭 Hosogai Kei) is a Japanese actor and musician most notable for his role Basco ta Jolokia in Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger.
Hosogai confirmed via his twitter that he will reprise his role as Basco ta Jolokia in Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger The Movie: Red Battle! All Sentai Rally!!.[1]
He later portrayed Treasure Hunter, Ignis
/Trigger Dark in Ultraman Trigger.

- Kei has recently admitted to be following Power Rangers Super Megaforce on his Twitter account.
- When was 6-9 years old and 11-23 years old, he lived in the United States of America. Therefore, he speaks English fluently.
- He was in a band called Cocoa Otoko alongside fellow Sentai actor Shogo Suzuki.
- As of, at least, October 2019, he was married to Hitomi Sato.[2] However, as of February 2023 they divorced, citing they had grown apart due them prioritizing their work. [3]
