The Spotty-Eyed Monster is a large-chested female criminal (with a deep, manly voice) and it is one of monsters that Mora draws along with Vine Monster and Green Monster for Gruumm to attack Earth in the year 2004. The Spotty-Eyed Monster is part of an invasion led by Zeltrax against the Power Rangers.
History[]
This monster was created by Mora to help Gruumm attack Earth in 2004.
Three monsters were led by Zeltrax in battle. Together they fought the Dino Rangers and S.P.D. Rangers. She was destroyed by Kira, Syd, and Z in battle.

This monster was shown to be loyal to Gruumm and Zeltrax and fought for them and was determined to defeat the Rangers.

- This was due to the prominent appearances of Syd and Z’s unmorphed counterpart in almost all of it.
