Merry Carmagic Christmas!! (メリークルマジッククリスマス！！ Merī Kurumajikku Kurisumasu!!) is the forty-third episode of Gekisou Sentai Carranger. It is the conclusion of the three-part showdown with the three Bowzock mecha and the crisis between the Carrangers and Dapp.
Synopsis[]
With the Carmagic of their mech nearly used up and Dapp recaptured for the Bowzock mechs, the Carranger must work out their problems with their alien ally if they are to live to see a Merry Christmas.
Plot[]
After VRV Master throws himself at Exhaus to stop him from attacking Dappu, the giant orders Gynamo to find the young alien and bring him back; the president states Zelmoda's after him but Exhaus swears he will erase Dappu's existence using the Carmagic Power of Justice as he looks over his last mecha: Land Zuzoon.
On Earth, RV Robo and Sirender continue to have problems with Marine Zaboon as RV Robo's energy reduces to 18%; the team despairs on what they can do as Minoru reminds them of the promise they made to VRV Master. Signalman tells the Carranger to aim for Grotch in the cockpit to stop the evil mecha; Kyosuke orders the team to focus energy into Blue Vehicle as Sirender uses Siren Shield to block Marine Zaboon's anchor attack hitting it as RV Robo locks onto Grotch and they fire the Plugnado Spark blasting the Bowzock scientist out of the mecha and defeating Marine Zaboon and they thank Signalman for his help. However, the team notice they're out of energy as Naoki notices Dappu landing in the Bowzock vehicle unconscious, making them worry for their partner.
On the ground, Dappu lies unconscious as the Carranger discover him, picking him up as he regains his senses. Kyosuke states there's something they have to say as the alien starts hearing a voice within his head, witnessing a vision of VRV Master yelling that his father is alive, shocking the Carranger. Dappu staggers towards VRV Master as the team wonders if he really is Dappu's father as the two embrace, until he pushes him away confusing Dappu as he strangles the child and reveals himself as Zelmoda, stating Exhaus has taken care of the real VRV Master! Kyosuke states they won't forgive them as Zelmoda summons the Wumpers, the team fighting them off with ease. Zelmoda tells the team to stop as he places a sword at Dappu's throat, but they suddenly hear a shake as Land Zuzoon arrives piloted by Gynamo as he tells his partner the good job he's doing before pushing a button teleporting Dappu into Land Zuzoon's chest! Gynamo tells the Carranger he's going to turn Dappu's Carmagic Power into Evil Magic Power, the power of evil; the power drains from within as Gynamo blasts it out; as Signalman pulls away Marine Zaboon for being illegally parked, the energy blasts into it reviving it and knocking Sirender to the ground as it becomes remote control; Gynamo also remotely gaining control of Sky Gigune as well! The team despairs about already defeating them as the Carranger summon the VRV Machines; while Exhaus torments them in space stating they must have no energy left to fight and he will send them to hell this time. Kyosuke states they don't have the energy to turn into VRV Robo but they need to become the VRV Fighters and bring back Dappu no matter what as their VRV Machines change form. Land Zuzoon launches into battle and combats the VRV Machines while Signalman attempting to help is held back by the two remote-controlled mecha. Dappu regains consciousness as he sees the mecha coming to his aid, but his Carmagic Power becomes siphoned and used to further increase the Evil Magic Mecha's power, draining the young alien of power. Sky Gigune fires at the team as they despair they can't do anything without their power and if this is the end, but Youko and Minoru state they can't lose as Kyosuke states they need to as he looks at Dappu's Christmas plans as Land Zuzoon gathers Evil Magic from it's partner mecha and fires a projectile, blasting all the mecha down.
As the VRV Machines and Sirender lie on the ground, Gynamo tells them they're persistent and states he'll gather 120% Evil Magic Power and then use the finishing beam to stop the heroes. He drains more Carmagic from Dappu as the VRV Machines struggle to rise, Dappu despairing about the scenario, when he remembers VRV Master's words that there is no limit to Carmagic Power as long as he and the Carranger share the same dream. As Dappu despairs for his father, the Evil Magic Power keeps building as Dappu apologizes to the Carranger; Kyosuke wonders what he means and if he's giving up as the team states they won't give up and they're fighting to celebrate Christmas with Dappu. Realizing this dream of his partners, he wonders why they're saying something so selfish and unheroic, then he really does love them! The surge of love makes the Evil Magic Power siphon rapidly within Land Zuzoon rising beyond 600% making Exhaus despair about it overloading. The team yell they love Dappu as Land Zuzoon explodes; Kyosuke promises to have the Christmas party with him as his Carmagic Power flies out into the VRV Machines, fully recharging them! With their power returning, the Carranger form VRV Robo as Exhaus curses them, Kyosuke stating they're going to save Dappu with the idea of going into RV Robo. Gynamo wonders who they think they are as he summons all three of his mecha and fights the combo of Carranger mecha. Kyosuke actives the Victory Twister, Sky Gigune flies towards him but he uses the V-Bazooka to destroy it; while the other Carranger use the V-Vulcan of VRV Robo to deflect Marine Zaboon's shark fin and destroy the second mecha. With only Land Zuzoon remaining, Yellow Racer locks on the Carnavi as the team states they're at full power as they fire the Victory Twister at RV Robo, with Kyosuke using RV Sword to create a "Twister Cutter" slamming the attack into Land Zuzoon breaking Dappu's chains who uses Carmagic to escape as the last mecha finally is destroyed as Gynamo escapes with his life spiraling out of control while crying they lost again. As Dappu lands, the Carranger rush to him as the team comfort the alien for being alright and raise him in the air for their great victory. As the celebrating ends, Dappu looks up mourning the fate of his father.
That night at Pegasus Garage, Dappu hangs around a Christmas tree as the Carranger rush in with presents stating they're all for him. The alien thanks them as Youko tells him to cheer up and Natsumi wonders if a Christmas with them was what he wanted; he wonders about their Christmas plans with their families as Minoru states that the six of them are basically family. Without warning, another present arrives confusing them as it's unwrapped revealing six coffee milks from VRV Master, shocking Dappu on his survival as they look at a card, stating that coffee milk is the perfect drink after a battle alongside Christmas Cake and that he'll see him again, making Dappu hopeful for the future and the team begin to party as the alien states he has something he needs to give to them.
That night, the Carranger drive through the city in Pegasus Thunder as children receive presents from Santa and give snow with Carmagic. At Kobaan Base, Signalman writes a Christmas card for his wife and son, while at the BB Saloon, Zonnette wonders about the fate of Red Racer. Dappu and Kyosuke reunite with their team as they celebrate the Christmas night together.
