Joh shows doubt in facing down his old friend Gou as he prepares to use a virus to evolve into the ultimate being.
The new Brain Beast: Virus Brain attacks an innocent teenager and injects her a virus. Virus Brain and Obular attacks another man which tries to defend himself, but he gets the virus injected, and he turns into a monster. But the Liveman arrive with their new Moto Machines to stop them. Virus Brain and Obular was able to escape, but Red Falcon was able to destroy a bottle on Virus Brains head. They take a sample to analyze it.
In the Gran Tortoise Colon informs the Liveman that the virus changes the human body, but there is also a cure against that virus. Yusuke remembered that Gou said, before he betrayed the Liveman, that the human body very fraguile is and he thought humans are very pitiful.
The Liveman decide to search for Obular alias Gou. They find Obular but he gets already infected with the virus. While Yusuke and megumi are fighting against Jimmers, Joh finds Gou. Joh helps Gou because he is in pain an gets him to safety. But Yusuke is vengeful and doesn't want Gou to be safed. Joh explains that Gou wanted to safe a litle dog, which was drowning, but he couldn't swim; Joh safed Gou; that all was 2 years ago.
Joh gets Obular some water, but Obular is already mutating. The mutated Obular says, that he was fooling Joh all along. After Obulars changing is done he attacks the three Liveman, which defend their selves. The Liveman destroys the Virus Brain with the Bimotion Buster, but after the Gash makes Virus Brain into a Giga Phantom, which is destroyed by Liverobo after summoning the Machine Buffalo.
