The Third Warrior (第三の戦士 Daisan no Senshi) is the second episode of Choujin Sentai Jetman.
Synopsis
The team continues to track down the remaining two hit by the Birdonic Waves to complete the Jetman: Kaori and Raita encountering a high schooler while Ryu and Odagari a rebellious loner.
Plot
The current Jetman and Commander Odagiri split up to find the remaining warriors. Kaori and Raita detected Birdonic Waves in a school student named Ako Hayasaka. The three were then attacked by Dimensional Insect Mother. Meanwhile, Odagiri’s plane was changed into Fighter Jigen by one of Insect Mother’s offspring. After Aya escaped, the monster flew off. Ryuu and the commander came across the last Jetman, a stubborn loner named Gai Yuki. Ryuu and Gai’s brawl was interrupted by the others’ distress call. As Gai followed Ryuu, Fighter Jigen captured him. Ryuu rammed the plane beast with Jet Hawk, freeing Gai from its clutches. In mid-air, Ryuu threw Gai his Cross Changer. The two Jetman joined Yellow Owl, White Swan and Blue Swallow down on the ground. Red Hawk killed Fighter Jigen by igniting its gas tank with his Bird Blaster. Blue Swallow and Black Condor tested their new abilities on a swarm of Grinam. Suddenly, Dimensional Insect Mother reappeared. The Jetman collectively blasted the enemy with the Jet Hand Cannons. Black Condor refused to take orders from Red Hawk, and he didn’t partake in the execution at first. Finally, all five Jetman destroyed Insect Mother. Ryuu, Kaori and Raita all welcomed Ako to the group. When Ryuu approached his other new teammate, Gai punched him. Yuki tossed his Cross Changer to Ryuu and drove off on his motorbike.
