The Life Risked at 0.1 Second (コンマ1秒に賭けた命 Konma Ichibyō ni Kaketa Inochi) is the twenty-third episode of Choujuu Sentai Liveman. It is the beginning of a set of episodes involving the generals of Volt developing measures for a new super-weapon.
