Emperor Gruumm

From Power Rangers Universe

Emperor Gruumm is a warlord and commander of the Troobian Empire, as well as Cruger's archenemy. Loyal servant of Omni, Gruumm has looted some of Earth's resources - diamonds, gold, Iridium, and Hemotech Synthetic Plasma (which is used as a synthesizing agent) for the construction of the Magnificence. He was finally defeated by Cruger and contained in the series finale. (Portrayed by René Naufahu)
