DC Comics, formerly National Comics Publications, is an American comic book company owned by Warner Bros. It is a subsidiary of DC Entertainment, a rival entertainment production studio to Marvel Studios, and one of the oldest comic book publishers in America established in 1934. The company is the creator and home to globally beloved superhero characters such as Batman, Wonder Woman, Superman and The Flash.
In 2016, at the New York Comic Con, DC announced a team up collaboration with Boom! Studios to do a 2017 six issue Justice League/Power Rangers crossover mini-series with permission and approval from Saban Brands CEO Janet Hsu.[1]
