Was willingly evil when he first appeared. Was brainwashed by evil spell.
Only formed a temporarily alliance with Bandora, not an actual member of her group. Was a member of Rita's group because of Rita's evil spell.
Didn't join after being defeated by Tyrannoranger. Joined after being defeated by the Red Ranger.
Was technically dead had it not been for Daizyujin begging Clotho to keep him alive for future battles. The Green Candle represented his remaining time. Had his powers continually drained by a Green Candle created by Rita.
Ultimately dies in his brother's arms, handing over his equipment. Ultimately had to hand Jason his equipment and leave for a short while, only to return later. He soon lost his powers for good.
Was older brother of Tyrannoranger Geki. Was unrelated to Red Ranger Jason and Red Ranger Rocky. However he had older brother who wasn't a Ranger at all.
Had no relationship with PteraRanger Mei outside of team camaraderie. Was in relationship with Pink Ranger Kimberly.
Never became OhRed, Red Racer, or AbareBlack. Though the actor Hisashi Sakai who played young Burai would go on and play Kou/KibaRanger in the following year's Sentai Series, and his actor as an adult would appear as a citizen in Choriki Sentai Ohranger. Later became the White MMPR, Red Zeo Ranger, the Original Red Turbo Ranger, and the Black Dino Thunder Ranger
Returned in Gokaiger Goseiger Super Sentai 199 Hero Great Battle from the afterlife to fight in the Great Legend War in-costume only. Returned in Power Rangers Super Megaforce in person as well as in costume.
Created the Gokai Silver Ranger key and gave Gai Ikari the Zyuranger's greater power along with TimeFire and AbareKiller in the afterlife. Only his powers are associated with Orion's Megazord.
