Commander Aya Odagiri is the commander of Jetman, the first female commander of Sentai. She is good at martial arts, and the inventor of mecha. She can be both caring and severe to the Jetman. The more important thing to her is the life of her subordinates, so much that she is willing to fight in the line of fire if necessary. Her subordinates call her "Chōkan". She pilots the Jet Garuda when necessary such as the final battle.
