The Flute of the Wind (風の笛 Kaze no Fue) is the tenth episode of Seijuu Sentai Gingaman. It introduces Miharu, Hayate's fiance of the Ginga Forest; as well as starts a season-long rivalry between GingaGreen and the Balban's Steerwoman Shelinda.

Synopsis

When a Majin tries to use noise to revive Daitanix, Hayate's flute-playing may be the only remedy to deal with it; despite the memories and danger brought about by this.

Plot

The Ginga Warriors struggle against a Barban monster that can amplify and manipulate sound to awaken Daitanix. Hayate's flute is destroyed when he tries to negate the monster's attack with its sound and must go on a quest to make a new one so the Gingamen can fight unhindered.

Notes

  • When Sutojii conducts his "orchestra", viewers hear a few notes of Beethoven's Symphony No. 5 and later they perform Night on Bald Mountain, which most people recognize from the 1940 Disney animated film Fantasia.
  • The flute melodies that Hayate plays are wind instrumental covers of the show's background music.
  • When Sutojii is no longer able to make noise due to Hayate's flute, Hikaru uses his Earth Power in a manner similar to Kamen Rider Stronger's Electro Fire attack.
  • This episode uses no footage in Power Rangers Lost Galaxy but the monster was used.
