Black Marketeer Biznella (闇商人ビズネラ, Yamishōnin Bizunera, 29-47) is an evil weapons merchant who made many dealing with Balban in the past and is a friend to Destruction King Battobas. Allowed d to scavenge the dead worlds the Barban left behind to make a profit, Biznella found three near death Seijuu, making them into cyborgs.

Arriving to Earth after the Barban have been revived, Biznella offers to give the completed Steel Seijuu to the pirates for five chests of gold. But after his merchandise side with the Gingamen, Biznella ends up being poor after giving back the chests with added interest. However, Batobas takes Biznella to be his consultant once he becomes acting general. During the attempts to find the Earth Demon Beast, Biznella is thrown into the Extreme Growth Extract by accident and mutates into Majin Biznella (魔人ビズネラ, Majin Bizunera). He is betrayed and enlarged by Battobas and is ironically killed by the vengeful Steel Seijuu GigaRhinos & GigaPhoenix, who are assisted by Super Armor Shine Gingaioh in episode 47.
