Baskin was an aged alien and the protector of The Evil, a stone of incredible evil power. Despite his advanced age-having served as the Evil's caretaker for an unknown period of time-he was quite capable, and a skilled fighter. Sadly, he proved to be no match for the Vampiranoid Drakel, who stole the Evil and was granted increased power by it. Fortunately, the B-Squad Rangers, who had previously encountered Baskin while searching for the stone, managed to defeat and capture Drakel. Upon receiving the Evil from them, Baskin determined to relocate to New Zealand with his pet turtle. After this Baskin's later fate is unknown.
